Ofcourse health is wealth. In this most modern days life it is mandatory that we have to spend some time in a day to maintain our health.Proper management of our health will result in healthy living. There are few tips that you have to follow if you are aware of your Health .

1) Quit before it’s too late: “Quit smoking” is the First and Foremost action to be taken in pertaining a healthy life. “Quit smoking is very important”, said Dr. Rasmussen-Torvik.Meanwhile, a study in Canada showed that people who gave up smoking before the age of 44 were able to live as long as people who have never smoked.
2) Mediterranean-style Breakfast:- A healthy breakfast is a must .You are not allowed to quit it however busy you are in a day . Your breakfast can include Oatmeal. Fruits, Juices, milk or food made out of cereals. Research shows that Mediterranean-style diet helps cut heart attacks, strokes and death rates by as much as third. The Mediterranean style is recommended by physicians as it includes all Saturated Fats .
3) Yoga /Meditation:- This is very good for you if you are practicing in the morning .It will help you to balanced the body .and it is an accurate relief from stress and you can start a day very refreshingly.try to do this early in the morning at the time of sunrise .

4) Do not sit idle for long:- An idle mind is a devil's Workshop. Experts from “Kansas State University” all around the world has warned all the office goers that people who sit for more than four hours a day are at greater risk to chronic illness like diabetes, cancer and heart diseases. In them, those sitting for more than six hours are prone to have diabetes more likely.
6) Exercise :- Exercise can makes you perfect and it is a capsule for molding up your energy. you can choose any type of exercise at whatever time you feel at .If time is a great barrier to you if it at your workdesk.Exercise at hand that is rotate your palm at least five times an hour , Exercise at Leg that is stretch your legs at least five times an hour . Exercise at neck lift up your neck at least five times an hour and Exercise at rotate your head at least once in an hour and finally Exercise at Fingers fold and unfold your fingers atleast five times an hour.
8)Tour de vegas:- Try to go for a trip or an outing either with peers or with family members atleast once in a year.This can make you more recreation as you are away from your work and forget all your worries.
9)Checkups:-Go for medical checkups at least once in five months to ensure your body is free from cholesterol, Hypertension and diabetes.Regular intervals of medical
